Overview

Our client, a global music company is seeking a Partner Manager to drive long term business strategy with a key retail partner. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the partner business plan with clear KPIs, managing this effectively. Creating the promotional & events calendar, exploiting all opportunities. Obtaining a good return on investment from partner marketing packages and campaigns. Collaborating with record labels to identify opportunities and deliver incremental sales. In conjunction with labels, execute compelling new release artist campaigns. Building lasting relationships with business partner. Understanding the business partner’s unique challenges, holding meetings regularly. Heading strategy and exploiting opportunities to grow customer base. Maintaining an awareness of the business partner’s supply chain and customer service. Identifying and taking action to pre-empt any stock issues. Managing stock returns process end to end. Improving operating efficiencies, leading regular operations meetings. Requirements: Experience managing national key accounts. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Have a network of artist / managers / promoters / media / creative contacts to be able to draw upon Excellent Microsoft Power Point & Excel skills A natural influencer and communicator with a focus on building strong networks and relationships with colleagues Experience with content management systems and analytics platforms Exceptional attention to detail Highly numerate - expected to create reports, run business plan and share insightful information with internal and external stakeholders Able to sell and lead commercial negotiations Please note that due to the volume of submissions, only successful candidates will be contacted.
