Overview
User Research Manager (Contract) London 3 months Outside IR35 £350-£400 a day This leading CRO agency are looking for a User Research Manager to join their team for an initial 3 month contract. THE ROLE In your role as a User Research Manager, you'll be working across the Optimisation, Growth and Design teams to explore optimisation opportunities for your clients. You'll be using the full user research toolbox, including remote usability testing, session recordings and heat-mapping to expand client engagement, retention and acquisition opportunities. In addition you will also be: Managing and executing end to end user research and planning out roadmaps for each client Writing reports for internal stakeholders and clients on your findings, as well as presenting these in meetings Applying your knowledge of product design and psychological frameworks to improve research methods SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE As a User Research Manager, you will need to be: Experienced across UX/CX for a minimum of 4 years (ideally longer for a contract role) Highly proficient in Adobe and/or Google Analytics Expert user of key UX Research tools including SessionCam, HotJar etc Familiar with A/B testing tools including Adobe Target and Optimizely HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Hugh Fisher via the Apply Link on this page
