About the Company C4S Search is currently working with a growing eCommerce company in the Home Improvements sector, who are looking for a CRO Specialist to join their digital team. Having grown exponentially since their inception, they are investing heavily within their technical/digital division to take them to the next level. About the role As the CRO Specialist, you will work closely with the Development, Design and Marketing teams to make continuous improvements to the customer journey and maximise the website’s conversion rate. Your role will include: Take ownership of the conversion rate optimisation strategy and roadmap with both short and long-term commercial goals in mind Use analytic tools to identify issues that may be hindering conversion rate and put forward actionable solutions Introduce solutions increase the level and accuracy of behaviour tracking throughout the entire user journey Introduce solutions that allow for more granular, data-driven testing of changes through A/B testing Work in partnership with designers and developers to implement improvements to the user journey Reporting on the positive commercial impact of front-end changes to the larger Development, Marketing and Leadership team Account for and manage the requirements of various marketing channels (i.e. SEO, PPC, Email etc.) when developing conversion rate improvements About you To be successful in this position, you will have a proven track record in delivering improvements in user experience whilst considering the commercial impact of your work. You will also have: Willingness and ability to understand the analytics behind a website Ability to communicate your findings and suggestions to key people in Design, Development and Marketing Able to consider the technical limitations and timeframes associated with your recommendations Capable of setting, managing and meeting deadlines when working with a larger team of Designers, Developers and Marketers Familiarity with key analytics (i.e. Google Analytics), tracking (i.e. Google Tag Manager), and A/B testing tools
