Overview

If you’re passionate about tackling the challenge of homelessness in London, and keen to work where you get to see the impact of your fundraising, then WR Fundraising Recruitment has a great role with a wonderful community charity in East London. You will be joining a small, but highly committed team, with the key focus of leading on new and existing corporate partnerships, driving income and engagement with the considerable business community surrounding the charity’s area of work. This is an excellent role for anyone wanting to develop their career in corporate fundraising, with considerable scope to build and steward a portfolio, while working closely to support the whole fundraising team. You’ll ideally have some experience as a fundraiser, or perhaps in a business development role. You will need to understand the corporate giving processes and motivations, and to be a brilliant communicator able to work a room and present the charity’s work to a diverse range of audiences. In return you will get to really see the impact of your work on a daily basis with a charity that is changing lives in East London. Corporate Partnerships Officer London (East) Full-time, permanent Up to £30, 000k p.a. depending on experience Duties will include: Developing an exciting portfolio of corporate partnerships through research and networking Account management of a number of existing corporate supporters, delivering high levels of supporter care and interaction Be an ambassador for the charity at events, presentations, and networking opportunities Building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders identifying opportunities to grow income and engagement Supporting the wider fundraising team with the overall fundraising objectives Ensure a high level of stewardship for supporters, sponsors, and donors Take an active role in identifying new corporate opportunities Develop the corporate fundraising plan to help grow corporate income for the charity Applicants will need: Proven experience of success in fundraising and/or B2B account development/management Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Understanding of the stewardship process around corporate giving An ability to research, network, and identify potential partners Strong project management skills A real 'can-do’ attitude, keen to lead by example Exceptional skills and experience in relationship building and communication To apply or for further information, please email a copy of your up to date CV in the first instance.
