The digital marketing team of this award-winning online retailer is looking for their next hire, and this time it's in the form of an SEO Executive The role Spanning across Europe, this retailer has taken the industry by storm and is often found winning awards and making positive impressions. As we said, the digital marketing team is expanding and they are in need of an SEO Executive, who can work alongside the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Acquisition Manager and support the overall search strategy, ensuring that it is aligned to all other marketing activities. The focus of this role is to improve rankings, on-site content, user experience, especially across mobile, and app rankings, so you can expect a varied role which will see you implement SEO initiatives, create SEO-rich content, conduct keyword research and technical audits, and support off-site outreach and paid media activities. It'll also be up to you to identify new opportunities for increased traffic and conversion, analyse competitors in the market and the performance of campaigns, and explore new possibilities and ideas that will not only enrich the user experience, but also conversion rates. What we're looking for In a perfect world, for this role you'll need to have a solid grasp of all aspects of SEO, will need to demonstrate a history of improving rankings, and will need to be an expert in keyword research and content creation. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of paid search, an understanding of paid social campaigns, and experience of remarketing would be the icing on top. Software-wise, we're looking for someone who has basic coding skills, HTML and JavaScript, and experience of Google Shopping, and it would be fantastic if you had knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Adobe Omniture However for someone with most of above skills there is some on the job training available. As a person, you'll need to be a creative type who likes to explore new approaches, welcomes new ideas, and isn't afraid to try new things. What's on offer?
