As part of a large communications group, they are well-positioned to deliver bespoke marketing services to some of best-known brands, globally. Due to their ongoing commitment to corporate account excellence. they now have an exciting opening for an Associate Director to join their growing team based in Victoria. As a PR Associate Director, you will: Work closely with clients to generate briefs and identify strategy Span media relations, issues management, employee engagement Develop and sign off on digital content calendars Manage campaign delivery Deliver social media and content support Build strong relationships and communities Cover a variety of vertical markets Drive new business activities through pitch and proposal development Negotiate finance and budgets with clients Upskill at every opportunity Lead and manage peak performing teams The ideal, degree (2:1) educated PR Associate Director, will possess: 5 years experience gained in a corporate agency environment Solid experience of working in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A track record of executing campaigns and media relations Sound digital and social media knowledge/skills (monitoring, insights and content development/management)Ambition, drive and an entrepreneurial spirit Team leadership experience Budgetary experience A book of media contacts (advantageous) The successful PR Associate Director can expect: A 70-75k base salary Health Insurance Extensive wellbeing package A full social calendar The Certus Recruitment Group is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.
