Overview
Senior UX/UI Designer Our client is a market leader in the online gaming space. They dream, develop and market really awesome games for thier customers and have a great time doing it. As the Senior Digital Product Designer and a Senior UX, UI and UX Research practitioner, you will work as part of the Product Experience Department, being responsible for conceptualising and producing our own brand products, under the direction and support of the Product Experience Director. You will also need to be able to take design briefs independently and interact with our various departments' stakeholders seeing things through from start to finish. About you: You live & breathe product design thinking and execution. You're passionate about user experience design, user research and conversion optimisation. You start your process with data analysis you validate your ideas with data analysis, you measure your success with data analysis (GA360, Google Optimize, HotJar, PowerBI). You live and breathe user-centricity: you never bring just your opinions to the table, but solid, validated, users problems, needs, motivations and drivers. You are a master prototyper (We call prototype just a sophisticated artefact produced with Axure, with embedded conditional logic and interactive widgets fed by real variables and data - we do not accept applications from individuals "prototyping" with Sketch/inVision or ProtoIO or Marvel or Figma). You are able to write a research plan to test your prototypes via remote moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions. You can build and maintain UI guidelines, Design Systems and Design Specs documents (we use Figma for UI tasks).
