Overview
A Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / B2B Growth Manager is required for a B2B high-growth scale-up, that is pioneering digital solutions within HealthTech. The Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / B2B Growth Manager will be responsible for optimising all the key aspects of the growth cycle, driving collaborative projects within the company. In this 360 Growth role, the Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / B2B Growth Manager will be responsible for: Optimising current acquisition channels as well as identifying and implementing new channels across both online and offline - Channels include Content Marketing, AdWords, SEO, PPC and CRM etc as well as offline channel, ABM and programmatic Owning the inbound strategy as well as improving current channels to increase the number of inbound qualified leads Creating reporting dashboards Creating annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets to drive revenue The Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / B2B Growth Manager will have: Demonstrable growth marketing experience, preferably B2B or B2B2C Worked for a Start Up or Scaling company Strong experience with Analytics (Google Analytics), CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation ideally HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot etc Hands on experience across a variety of online and offline channels, including SEO, Content Marketing, AdWords, Email campaigns etc. A curious and open mindset, looking at all opportunities for growth This is a great opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / B2B Growth Manager to join a product improving people's lives and societal issues.
