Overview
Our client is a Publishing Business specialising in mobile gaming. With technology at the forefront, this Company is on a mission to build the best mobile games for each individual user with help of latest design trends and technology available for personalized experiences. Experimentation, creativity, and data are at the core of what they do. The successful candidate will manage the User Acquisition strategy and operations for a number of titles in our portfolio. This will start with testing, through soft launch to mass market. This is a fairly new team and you will be one of the first team members. As a result we are looking for self learners, self starters and stars of the future. In return we will offer lots of coaching, development and support to build the team together into the best in market monetisation team. Responsibilities Plan and execute performance-based user acquisition across various marketing channels Participate in the company's strategy for growing our games and UA budget allocation Develop our internal reporting tools Define key KPIs for managing success, regularly monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance Identify new partners, platforms and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance Build strong relationships with ad-tech partners Stay up to date on latest user acquisition trends and emerging platforms Collaborate with game and platform teams through tests, help them implement features that improve acquisition and monetization Qualifications Experience or sound knowledge of managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games, with a strong track record of measurable results Hands-on experience buying media on Facebook, Google and other relevant mobile platforms Hands-on experience with MMP’s, anti-fraud tools and other relevant solutions to manage and track our growth efforts Strong analytical background, education in engineering or finance preferred Strength in data analysis, results-oriented and metric driven Curious about new technologies as well as about industry trends and global consumer behaviour Desirable Skills SQL and basic programming knowledge a bonus but not essential Able to build dashboards in visuatlions tools such as looker Knowledge of ad monetisation Why join?
