Job Title - Regional Account Manager Package - £30-£40k basic salary depending on experience Benefits Locations - West Midlands or South London (Field Based) The Opportunity - As a Regional Account Manager for one of the most exciting and up and coming craft beer brands in the UK, it will be your responsibility to help drive growth across all sales channels with a priority focus on Independent Free On-Trade. This multi award-winning company has secured numerous national and international accolades for both its quality, consistency and attention to detail. You will play a pivotal role in helping this fast-growing brand to deliver a dynamic and highly targeted strategic growth, by winning new business and managing existing accounts. So, if you’re an experienced On-Trade professional, with a passion for craft beer and you are looking for your next opportunity, then this could be the next step for you. Successful candidates will have the following qualities: A passion for cask and craft beer and the wider drinks industry experience and a thorough understanding of the On Trade. An ability to build strong and lasting relationships. A proven track record of driving sales and margin growth with existing and new customers or an experience as a bar manager or supervisor in the on-trade environment. Demonstrate high personal standards of application, motivation, energy, enthusiasm and positivity with evening work and occasional weekends part of the role. An ability to take responsibility autonomously, while also perform as an effective team member.
