Overview
An experienced and highly ambitious Business Development Director / Business Development Manager will join this Full Service Digital Marketing agency because they value working with some of the most respected people in the industry. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who has experience of developing relationships and winning Digital Performance Marketing business with A-List name clients. This organisation is on an incredible growth trajectory and they require a high achieving salesperson with a strong track record of new business success within the Digital sector. Your contribution to the business will be highly visible and very well rewarded financially. We are looking for a skilful and determined new business hunter to control the full sales process from establishing relationships with senior marketing decision makers, scoping requirements, introducing experienced industry specialists during pitches through to negotiating and closing high value contracts. Basic salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £80,000 to £90,000. A car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme. Once established, earning £100k per year with this organisation is expected. Equity options may also be possible for major contributions.
