eCommerce Content Assistant Tamworth £31,600 Our client has an exciting opportunity for a professional and well-educated individual to join a highly corporate and reputable organisation as an eCommerce Content Assistant. Roles and Responsibilities of the eCommerce Content Assistant will include: Lead the technical knowledge of the content team and act as a technical escalation point Building content during peak times and when support is required for the team Lead as Subject Matter Expert in any projects for the team including: Range extensions, product projects and key content events Work with marketing teams to produce highly effective digital campaigns for key events to achieve the best conversion rates through merchandising Work with wider Digital team to execute a consistent guest journey for every key event and campaign Management of 3rd party suppliers Close liaison with the Marketing Team Use of analytics tools to identify risks and opportunities and action these Managing JIRA tickets, defects and stories Acting as a business champion for any technical defects or queries raised by the team Creating content briefs for new website content Requirements of the eCommerce Content Assistant : Experience in the following programs, desirable but not essential: Google Analytics, Photoshop or Gimp, Content Solution Tools, Digital Asset Management Tools 2:1 grade or above in a related subject or equivalent - desirable not essential Previous eCommerce experience Excellent communication abilities At Inplace Recruitment we believe it is people that make the business succeed, the right people, expertly placed in the correct positions.
