eCommerce Logistics Analyst Tamworth £46,405 An exciting and talented Logistics Analyst is required to join a growing e-Commerce team, at a globally recognised food retailer, based in Tamworth. This will be an electrifying role that offers vast scope to deliver change and to influence the international business. The successful candidate will be highly analytical with the ability to identify and solve problems. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and deliver new projects to meet the growing business goals Interpret data and analyse the results using statistical techniques to drive business change You will apply industry experience to implement and define new warehouse designs and operating procedures. You will develop business cases for change and articulate your requirements to technical / development teams to deliver improvements to technology for business benefit You will refine and improve the reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs on the performance of the e-Commerce fulfilment operation PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Experience of defining and managing project plans Proven delivery and budget management experience is desirable A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to build trust enabling the management and influencing of stakeholders at all levels Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels Technically minded but business driven Adaptable to a changing environment with a can-do attitude Logical and efficient with a keen attention to detail and excellent presentation skills ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Educated to degree level (2:1 minimum) Minimum 3 years’ experience within the logistics & supply chain sector, ideally within a major FMCG business Managing and delivering wide scale logistics projects Ability to demonstrate Business Analysis to drive change Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders Process improvement drive Driven to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced environment Sharp focus on Customer Satisfaction and cost Highly analytical with the ability to identify and solve problems Ability to build strong relationships with multiple levels of stakeholders Highly self-motivated At Inplace Recruitment we believe it is people that make the business succeed, the right people, expertly placed in the correct positions.
