Overview
Our internal marketing agency is responsible for telling the Publicis Sapient brand story to existing and potential clients and broader communities - namely helping businesses transform and thrive in their pursuit of NEXT. We’re building integrated, interdisciplinary 'pod’ teams to support marketing efforts for our specialized industry verticals: financial services, energy, travel and hospitality, consumer products, retail and automotive. As aProgramme Manager, you’ll use your problem-solving creativity and project management skills to drive and shape marketing initiatives. You’ll manage projects from concept to execution that will live across a combination of digital comms, live events, social, print, infographics and even film/video. You’ll be the glue to our 'pod’ team model, facilitating and collaborating with marketing directors, art directors, copywriters, technologists, operations, analytics, content specialists and more to bring solutions to life and help us grow our brand and business. What you’ll get to do: Manage creative delivery for marketing programs through effective planning, facilitating/leading internal meetings, and managing stakeholder expectations. Develop and track project plans, including creative tracks of work (as part of a larger project plan). Partner with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver strategic, creative solutions. Clarify and communicate project objectives, success criteria, project milestones, scope, staffing, pricing, etc. with team and stakeholders Develop relationships with and ensure the appropriate participation of key stakeholders, including providing day-to-day project contact Manage and control project scope, resources, and the change process, and assure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget You should bring: Experience managing large, complex and cross-functional/discipline projects Client management experience liaising with business owners and executive-level clients Agile project management experience, SCRUM master a plus An open mindset in evolving ways of working to drive efficiencies An outcome-oriented focus, not output Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, listening, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organisational, prioritisation, decision making, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing projects Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings Strong knowledge of creative production, both digital and print Strong knowledge of technology Strong verbal and written communication skills Set yourself apart with: examples of how you have brought an initiative(s) to life, how you’ve problem solved and how you’ve motivated a team to achieve a common goal A tip from the hiring manager: this is a job for the curious, make-things-happen kind of person.Someone who thinks like an entrepreneur and can motivate and move their team to achieve and drive impact.
