Digital/Website Manager £50k - £60k per annum plus benefits Camden I'm excited to be partnering with a leading medical charity, seeking to expand their team by recruiting a Digital Manager. The successful person will lead the transformation of the organisation's digital marketing platforms to adapt to the changing lives of a complex audience. This will include the launch of a new website, development of a wider digital road-map and seeking out opportunities to enhance and develop the digital marketing capabilities within the group. We are seeking an innovative, creative thinker with a proven track-record in digital transformation, with the ability to successfully manage digital marketing projects, budgets and internal and external stakeholders. You will be the type of person who sees every problem as a challenge to overcomes and is motivated to achieve the best outcomes for end users. About the role: Maintaining the existing website in the short term, to develop lead volumes. Planning, developing and implementing a new and improved website for the charity. Transitioning relevant content from the existing to the new website. Working closely with technical and back-end development teams to develop internal service levels in the event of any issues with the website. Developing an ongoing plan of investment into the website to create a leading website that reflects the highest quality customer service to users. Supporting the Head of Marketing in the development of a digital transformation road-map. Enriching the group's digital offering through enhanced functionality and content. Alongside the Marketing Manager, developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to support key stakeholders. Developing SEO strategy to promote new and existing services and provide a consistent flow of leads. Owning the digital marketing agency relationship alongside a newly appointed partner, ensuring consistently high quality outputs. Developing the test, learn and reporting strategy to showcase the website performance and identify areas for improvement. Providing leadership and direction to one direct report. Acting to develop understanding and advocacy of digital marketing across the team and business. Management of the digital marketing budget, alongside project-based budgets as needed. Technical experience: Ideally 5 years' experience of managing complex, multi-audience websites. Experience of replacing either a full website or a significant proportion of a complex website. Minimum of 5 years using CMS platforms, particularly Drupal. Minimum of 3 years' experience of using CRM systems. At least 5 years' experience of SEM, with evidence of driving performance. Experience of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads. Significant experience of web analytics and an understanding of HTML/Immediacy CMS. A full understanding of the digital marketing mix, particularly online lead generation. Experience of working with and managing an external digital agency. Well-developed project management, time management and collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
