Please no egos ?? About the role User research plays a critical contributing role in bringing the business closer to their users. In this role, you will be empowered to work closely with key stakeholders and product designers in order to plan, run, analyse and evangelize research, supporting 2 streams of work. In turn, applying your skills and expertise in driving and delivering measurable impact to the product and user experience. Focus Analysing user research and feedback to gain insight, and incorporate this feedback into new designs Leading research, workshops and usability testing to ensure designs reflect business, technical and user requirements Recommending and leading the most appropriate methodologies for generating user insights Management of research projects to meet objectives and deliver on time and on budget Presentation of findings and recommendations Identification, evaluation and implementation of new research methodologies About You 2-4 years' experience working on commercial UX projects or in a research-related role You have experience in product research, running both qualitative (e.g., usability study, diary study) as well as quantitative (e.g., large scale survey) studies You are able to demonstrate that your work has had measurable positive impact to product and user experience. You're someone who draws motivation, purpose and inspiration from the mission of a company in helping to solve the problems you work on.
