Overview

Are you an experienced Programme Manager or Business Consultant with a proven track record in leading Digital Transformation? Do you have experience in retail or ecommerce? Interested in joining a well-established high street retail powerhouse currently undergoing a major digital transformation? Does the idea of taking on a newly created position in the Digital team where you play a pivotal role in driving transformational change working closely with the Chief Digital Officer and group functions such as Technology, Customer Care & Logistics appeal to you? If so then this could be the perfect opportunity for you Here you will be responsible for refining & delivering strategic solutions and insights whilst ensuring transparency across teams, clear communication / prioritisation and also joining the dots across a variety of teams and initiatives whilst identifying opportunities to improve. Core tasks / responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to; Providing input on prioritisation of activities across the strategic and urgency spectrum for the Chief Digital Officer Delivery of 'special projects’ outside of existing / BAU roadmaps that will drive tangible value across the business Ensuring transparent and clear communication across all group wide operational digital teams and ensuring that the business is getting what it needs from digital Establishing processes and overseeing the development of clear and efficient reporting of digital operational and revenue metrics Further developing and strengthening operational relationships across the business, ensuring an efficient flow of communication in order to empower teams and provide actionable solutions Boasting a fast paced, collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking, our client is offering a highly competitive base salary and flexible benefits package that includes a Bonus Scheme (up to 30%), Pension, Interest Free Season Ticket Loan, 25% Staff discount or cash alternative.
