Overview

We are delighted to be working exclusively with an established business based in Salisbury, who are keen to find a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the full design journey or key marketing campaigns and projects from initial brief to post activity creative analysis. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Applying creative skill to a range of in-house design work and working within brand guidelines to design and create print brochures, adverts, emails, web graphics, newsletters, video, presentations and exhibitions. - Manage relationship with printers to ensure delivery of assets on time and within budget - Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director ensure cost effectiveness of all campaigns. - Working with the wider marketing team, complete analysis of campaigns to ensure creative works hard for each campaign and evolving as necessary. - Undertake ongoing marketing research and competitor analysis to evolve design work and effectively communicate USPs - Managing multiple projects across multiple brands, ensure deadlines are consistently met. - Proactively present ideas for design evolution. - Management of all archive and photography assets. - Proofing support on all major campaigns. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Creative and high energy A minimum of two years’ experience in a design role using Adobe, Illustrator and photoshop to an advanced level. Previous use of video editing software Happy to receive feedback and open to continually developing design skills. Evidence of project management with multiple partners in a previous role A solid understanding of importance of ROI Experience working to measured targets/objectives Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders An individual looking to integrate into a wider creative and ambitious marketing team
