Overview
PS Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Admin & Marketing individual to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, based in Kennington. The right candidate must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in lettings or property management, experience in social media marketing as well as excellent administration and time management skills. Office Administration: Preparing valuations Sending out valuation letters Ordering EPC’s, Photos and Floorplans Money Laundering Documents Uploading photos Property write ups (re doing property write ups if property not getting enough traction) Window Cards Keys / Key Book Updating figures, offers, re lets and new instructions. Boards Update office manual Stationary / printing paper / letter headed paper / envelopes Administration (supporting Consultants): Collecting all paperwork and sending files to management Move in check list (HDR, Acceptance form, right to rent (verifying ID), IDU checks etc) Key cutting Property lists on consultant’s tables (weekly) Dividing enquiries between consultants Preparing statistics for leads and deals agreed Asking for reviews - tenants and landlords after every move in. Marketing: Update Social Media - Facebook (2 times a day), Twitter (3 times a day) Instagram (daily) Include content such as: blogs, news, events, properties and photos Organise leaflet drops Emailing achieved database with up to date documentation Identify and build up database Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:45 - 18:30 If this is a role you are interested in, please apply online ensuring your CV is up to date.
