Overview
THE FIRM Legal 500 practice which deals with complex, quality work. The firm enjoys a diverse client base which includes clients both nationally, regionally and internationally. Genuine prospects for career development. THE ROLE This well established team requires a strong corporate lawyer that in time will step up to Head the Department with experience in the following areas: - dealing with up to £30 million transactions; retail pharmaceuticals; shareholder agreements; private equity; mergers & acquisitions; general corporate and international work. Experience of M&As in the healthcare sector and in lending experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite. You will be joining a small, experienced corporate and commercial team which supports an active commercial/commercial property department. You will need to be familiar with the needs of small businesses, larger commercial clients and HNWs. Potential of flexible/home working. The role could be based in the East or West End of London. THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have 7-10pqe dealing with a general case load of corporate commercial work. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and have the ability to manage a large and varied case load and work as part of a team.
