M&A Junior Counsel (TECH)
Overview
A leading British software technology business is offer a newly created vacancy for a Junior Corporate M&A Lawyer with ideally 1yrs PQE (NQ's will be considered). You will provide end-to-end M&A legal advice whilst working closely with the Corporate Development Team on the execution of transactions across EMEA and advise senior management with the acquisition of Tech Startups to merge with this Tech Giant. n the execution of transactions across EMEA. You will report to the UK General Counsel and work alongside other teams within the Legal function where you will primarily focus on M&A legal advice and lead on transactional work in a leadership role. This business has recently acquired a number of Tech Startups to merge with their technology offerings in order to provide the most dynamic SaaS system in the market. You will actively participate in all assigned projects and deals as a core team member, including delivery or core legal M&A activity and accountability. You will advise and assist the Deputy General Counsel on other strategic corporate projects and build a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and wider business colleagues. For this role candidates will need to have a minimum of 1 yrs PQE (NQ's will be considered) within the M&A of a leading City Law Firm or in-house with Corporate M&A experience. My client is more focused on the quality of the candidates Corporate M&A experience, so sector is less important however it would be advantageous for candidates to have some exposure M&A within the Technology sector.
