What's in it for you: Benefits Salary 37k Working from home Progression to build your own team Company bonus scheme Pension scheme, offering 5% employer contribution 23 days holiday (rising to 25 days after 12 months service) pro rata Bank Holidays Life Assurance at 4x annual salary Income Protection Health cash back plan PERKS Holiday buy/sell scheme Enhanced sick pay Excellent training and development opportunities Key responsibilities: Responsible for delivering the strategy for the public sector Writing rich content that attracts a qualified audience - from articles and white papers, case studies, ebooks, blogs and so on Interview customers, industry experts and internal experts Generate and deliver content-based lead generation and nurturing campaigns to surpass revenue targets Work alongside the digital marketing expert ro understand how to adapt output for maximum efficiency in all areas including, content, landing pages, calls to action, emails and workflows Monitor and manage marketing performance Measure progress and return on investment Adjust strategy and execution when required, based on results Attributes and Skills required: Have experience in commercial writing (must have) Started as a writer then moved into marketingnot the other way around A bachelor's degree (at 2:1 or above) in marketing business or English related subject A min of 3 years in B2B content marketing - content creation - building sales pipeline - lead qualification and nurturing Exceptional writing ability - audience focused especially in commercial writing Able to demonstrate a passion for building relationships and supporting sales activity Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally - attend training events Desirable but not essential Experience of marketing automation tools e.g. HubSpot or similar Knowledge or experience of public sector European languages Experience in a marketing role in the public sector If you have got here, still ticking all the boxes and you are still reading, what are you waiting for Apply or call Liz on Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
