Overview
Are you are looking to move away from 360 Recruitment? I’m currently looking for a Research Executive who will partner closely with the Client Specialist to understand Clients’ needs. You will then use your deep knowledge of your candidate network to effectively source the best profiles for each role and ultimately deliver against Client’s requirements. This role would suit someone who hasn’t had much success with New Buisness or Building a client base. In this role you will: Source the best candidates Map target companies for world class talent Proactively seek new ways to engage and build relationships within your candidate market Network extensively with candidate pool to build personal brand Be the SME for candidate generation in your team Manage candidates through interview, offer processes and post placement Own end to end recruitment processes with candidates Work closely with a Client Specialist to coordinate client activity to increase chances of successful offer closing If you are interested, please apply now for more information
