Job description: Fytes client are looking for a Communications Manager to drive and implement the Communications strategy by adding value to the business and ensure effective reputation management. Managing the internal and external communications programme will include social media to deliver consistent messaging across the business. Profile description: Create, implement and oversee the internal and external communications programmes to ensure effective reputational management. Design and implement a regular targeted internal Communications programme. Manage the programme of PR, media and communications activities including liaison with agencies and projects. Effectively manage and further develop the Community Engagement Programme to support site development through sponsorship, relationship management and the Community Fund. Manage and coordinate the social media strategy ensuring effective reporting and review. Maintain updated crisis file and coordinate the crisis procedure and associated start up plans, liaising with relevant stakeholders. In line with the Business Development strategy, create and manage associated PR and Business Development activities including project support as required. Review and check all spend against the budget, ensuring costs are appropriately allocate; defining, and creating the annual budget for the department. Develop KPIs to measure and track the impact of the Communications strategy both internally and externally. Drive monthly meetings to plan content in collaboration with other departments, drafting content plans across all social media platforms.
