What's Expected : General Role Work alongside Senior Partners to provide exceptional consultancy services to our clients, leading a team of consultants on transformation projects/programmes where necessary Responsible for the design, plan, analysis and construction of solutions for key client deliverables across the UK Involved in the creation of business proposals, SOWs and other reports as required, evidencing innovative ideas alongside a genuine drive to deliver Exhibit commercial acumen and dynamism in line with Ameo’s core values in all engagements Grow revenue and brand within existing clients, supporting business development by contributing to bids/proposals Personal Impact Deliver results against personal KPIs and business objectives by leading and delivering high-value client projects Build, develop and maintain your network with a penchant for strategic relationship building Consultants may be based anywhere in the UK but must be flexible to travel nationally as required This role will be reporting to the managing partners. You Have: An understanding of target operating model design, organisational baselining, business architecture, business process development techniques and various structured approaches Excellent client and stakeholder management, credible and experienced in advising clients at C-level (ideally within the public sector) Proactive demeanour and a record of tangible delivery within project and programme management A solutions-focussed outlook with excellent written, oral, presentation and analytical problem-solving skills Strong organisational and planning skills, including ability to prioritise and negotiate competing goals Ability to work at pace Qualifications or Required Experience: Recent experience in an established management consultancy at Senior Consultant level, including some Public Sector client exposure OR strong experience in a local authority in a consulting/transformation role Experienced in change management, business transformation and performance improvement Experience of developing data driven, baselining activities, organisational design, programme delivery and generating revenue from work delivered
