Overview
£24,000 - £30,000 Fleet Junior Project Manager Your own transport is required. Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency that are offering a fantastic career opportunity. Thet are looking for a candidate with experience of working within an agency and a good understanding of Web Development is a requirement. This role includes Account Management as well as a responsibilty to meet and greet clients. The ideal candidate will have a really positive personality, be well-spoken, will have excellent spelling and grammar and a passion for Digital Marketing. It is essential that candidates have an excellent understanding of building websites, ideally Wordpress. Responsibilities for the Junior Project Manager: Monthly reporting for MD (delivered in the first week of each month) Friendly and pleasant meet and greet to all visitors on-site Creating and improving internal process flows Providing regular updates of information to inform project-specific work flow and scheduling Quote writing for web and dev projects (to be sent out within 1 week of request) Content writing for digital team (when required) Daily communication with clients regarding web / dev project work Internal communication with the team(s) to ensure efficient project delivery including creation of time frames (where appropriate) It is essential that candidates have an excellent understanding of building websites, ideally Wordpress. Job Overview for the Junior Project Manager: Project Co-ordination In order to achieve effective project co-ordination, it is important to ensure that there is a constant flow of information being passed between the client and the team internally. Through the co-ordination of efficient communication, both the client and the internal teams need to feel that the right information is being shared with the right people at all times. Overall, it is imperative that a positive experience and quality end result is delivered. Structuring and organising a project from the very beginning, through the use of time lines and project breakdowns, will help the overall project progress, as well as managing expectations and providing transparency and clarity. Through working closely with the teams, expectations must be communicated and any necessary support required needs to be provided. Maintaining clear focus on the project goals at all times amongst the teams and cultivating positivity assists in the overall project progress. Ensure that the correct process is carried out for on-site meet and greets. This guarantees a positive and welcoming experience for all of our customers. When requested the Junior Project Manager will prepare quotes and proposals for new web and/or dev projects. This includes working closely with those already in contact with the potential customer and gaining an understanding of what the customer is looking for and how they would like to receive it, to ensure a tailored document is produced and sent over. It also includes working closely with the team internally to understand the time required for the project and producing this in a breakdown view to inform the pricing attached to the project by key decision-makers.
