Non-Executive Director - CFO Contract Type To register as Director No requirement to work in-office Salary £40,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience Main responsibilities Checking the company’s financial statements Signing-off on any company statements Liaising with independent auditing firms with regards to the company’s statements Liaising with the relevant stock brokerage firms Communicating with colleagues in the Japan and UK offices via. e-mail and phone (particularly during the months April - June communications will be daily, with a lot of compulsory meetings) Attending meetings when necessary Drafting and checking IR statements Acting as spokesperson and figurehead of the organisation where appropriate Confirm the progress state of projects Attending Board of Directors meetings and AGMs Who we are looking for ? Essential ? Previous experience as Director of a publicly listed company (London Stock Exchange, AIM) Experience in the listing process CFO experience for/within a publicly listed company Strategy planning and IR relations experience in a publicly listed company ? Desirable ? Experience in the iGaming industry Language requirement Fluent English is essential
