Associate Recruitment Consultant - Data Analytics, Marketing & Research Recruitment ESG are working with a highly established, boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in Data Analytics and Market Research. They work with Junior and Senior level professionals working in market research, brand strategy, insight and data analytics. With over 15 years of experience in the market research space, they are excellently placed to give you all of the training and exposure that a motivated Junior Consultant would be looking for in the early years of their recruitment career. Their client list ranges from MTV to Disney to eBay to John Lewis and more established names within the public sector, covering Cancer Research, NSPCC and more They also work across a range of exciting start-ups, SMEs and leading market research consultancies. So, what are they looking for in their ideal Associate Recruitment Consultant? Academics are key - a 2.1 or 1st class BA or BSc degree 6 months of commercial, office-based, sales or account management experience Natural flair for communication, relationships and engaging with people Entrepreneurial mindset who thrives with responsibility but also on collaboration Articulate and confident in any social situation Inquisitiveness and eagerness to learn and question.
