Overview

Main Tasks and Responsibilities Digital Marketing Specialist To manage multi-touch campaigns through marketing platform (HubSpot) · Lead generation through outbound email campaigns and automation · Improving search visibility through SEO using SEMrush & Ahrefs · To create and manage trigger email campaigns and workflows throughout the customer lifecycle to engage existing opportunities and customers Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative inbound marketing campaigns. · Create landing pages and using WordPress CMS · Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 required · Analyse and report performance across the website and customer journey using Google Analytics and PowerBI Undertaking individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned Liaising with external vendors to coordinate brand awareness and lead gen campaigns · Managing and segmenting CRM data, ensuring targeted lists meet GDPR criteria · Conversion rate optimisation across all campaigns and the website using A/B split testing techniques using HubSpot and Crazy Egg Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications Digital Marketing Specialist · A self-starter - able to act on own initiative and demonstrate drive and determination · Highly motivated, organised and commercially aware · Digitally proficient with experience of digital marketing ideally within SaaS industry. · Excellent written communication skills · Good organisational and time management skills · Attention to detail and accuracy · Commitment to business and personal integrity · Thorough understanding of marketing fundamentals (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods · Knowledge of HTML, CSS and email design, preferably Hubspot literate · Excellent understanding of lead nurturing and conversion optimisation · WordPress knowledge would be ideal · Strong command of all Microsoft Office suite of tools · Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and CRM tools Reporting Relationships
