Overview

General Purpose Digital Media is a growing segment of the Advertising Industry and is key to driving the success of our non-recruitment products. This opportunity allows the right individual to be at the center of the action as advertising budgets accelerate migration from traditional sources to web and mobile devices. We are looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to join our growing advertising organization to identify and facilitate client needs and increase business opportunities. You will be responsible for anticipating and responding to clients regarding expected and delivered campaign metrics. You will always act in the best interest of the client and be proactive in our internal approach to meet and exceed client’s objectives. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Support Campaign Manager to execute full life cycle of client campaigns, ensuring successful and timely delivery Review insertion orders and collect campaign assets Leverage existing business relationships and forge new ones via phone and email Be instrumental in all areas of campaign execution including troubleshooting, optimisation and reporting Work closely with internal teams such as sales and marketing to deliver client satisfaction Analyse data to identify improvements and other opportunities for clients Align with sales and product teams to find and deploy solutions, strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance Other Duties/Responsibilities Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge, including taking total ownership of client campaigns Build and maintain relationships with eFC’s internal teams Communicate and present account status and relevant data as needed Essential Qualifications/Attributes/Experience 1 years’ experience in digital marketing; preferably in social media, ad operations or mobile advertising on Twitter, Facebook, Google and Snapchat Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills Self-starter, fast learner, resilient and detail-oriented Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate positioning at all decision-making levels Strong analytical skills Able to work with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations Desirable Qualifications/Attributes/Experience Basic knowledge of Photoshop Experience within job board industry or social media Basic HTML coding knowledge French language is a plus but not necessary Full training will be provided.
