Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead and implement an effective fundraising strategy from trusts and foundations to grow income over time. The CharityFighting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by this conditionThe RoleDevelop annual plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the trust team Lead and provide support for key relationships with trust and grant-making bodies Secure five and six-figure funding and forging multi-year relationships, using senior support as appropriate.Line manage, motivate and develop the Philanthropy Manager - TrustsWrite high quality proposals which attract significant funding Deliver exceptional stewardship, including personalised cultivation plans and high-quality reporting about projects and the impact achieved.The CandidateSignificant experience of senior level trust and foundations fundraising, with proven success in securing five and/or six-figure gifts.Experience of planning and developing strategies for trust fundraising.Experience of budget management.Ability to build strong relationships, motivate and inspire others to support financially.Evidence of working with senior staff and volunteers to support fundraising.
