Overview

Our busy client is seeking an individual to co-ordinate the activities and assist the team where possible. The business has grown through its culture of putting client service at the centre of all they do. Responsibilities and Duties The role has responsibilities in the following areas: · Maintaining the client, prospect and professional contact databases · Assisting with marketing campaigns · Organising seminar programme · Managing diaries, booking meetings and events · Processing expense claims for staff · Testing and checking the firms processes and procedures and reporting to Senior Management · Billing and invoices · Working with tax staff to help our clients The successful candidate will report directly to our management team and will work with all our staff as part of the team to deliver excellent and personal service to our clients. They will be an integral part of the team. The day to day tasks will include interacting with staff, clients and contacts and utilising their computer skills to keep our firm running like clock-work. A pro-active attitude will help and the candidate will benefit from a strong induction programme and education around the skills that will help the person to develop into the role and then grow it. Qualification & Skills Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word is required and practical experience of using the internet for searching and social media would be useful. The role is open to candidates through the Business Administration Apprenticeship route (level 3). Alternatively, it would be available to an individual with more experience in this field on a full-time basis, however part-time may be considered. Would you like to be an integral part of the team?
