A typical day Working closely with the Talent Development team on the following: Supporting with the design, development and execution of talent development programmes and initiatives Partnering with the Diversity and Inclusion team to deliver Firmwide talent programmes Thinking creatively, working as part of a global team to identify themes, trends, and best practices Measuring and assessing the impact of the management and leadership programmes, to support the ongoing development of our employees Work on ad-hoc projects within Talent Development Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team on the coordination of Attraction, Recruitment & Programme Management of incoming and existing hires by: Coordinating the planning and execution of events Coordinate the application screening and interview processes Planning and executing programme on-boarding and activities ensuring smooth transition into the workplace for incoming hires Participation in wider team projects & working groups Maintain strong relationships between wider team and Business You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Three A levels at grades A-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent) Skills needed: Motivated to learn about the Graduate Recruitment and Talent Development landscape High-level of initiative and self-motivation Strong attention to detail Highly organised Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, strong in excel & reporting Results oriented, driven and eager to succeed Ability to build and maintain relationships within HR and broader client base Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients Perks and benefits: Amazing location Bike to work scheme Discounts Health cover Mentor scheme Pension Showers on-site Social events Volunteering WhiteHat community Training provided: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administration (BA3) apprenticeship. Future prospect: After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
