Overview
Fundraising Co-ordinator £23,000 Ware, Hertfordshire Do you have excellent business development experience and are looking for a new opportunity with an inspiring company? Pursuit Resources Group are looking to recruit for the position of Fundraising Co-Ordinator, based in Ware, Hertfordshire. Successful candidates will work closely with the Fundraising Team, providing general fundraising support. The main responsibilities for the job include: Work closely with the Fundraising and Marketing teams to generate support for various fundraising initiatives. Work closely with the Fundraising Administrator assisting in training and mentoring. Work closely with the Volunteer Manager and Events Manager to ensure events are well supported. Assist, support and liaise with third-party fundraisers. Work with the Fundraising Manager to ensure set targets are met. Deliver presentations as and when required to internal and external parties. Develop relationships with clients. Work with the Fundraising Manager to organise fundraising appeals and projects from conception through to delivery - research ideas and target audiences, issue letters and ensure required income is generated. Supply the Comms Team with all fundraising information so press releases can be issued, websites, Facebook and Twitter can be updated as and when necessary. Attend relevant networking events on a regular basis in order to promote the work of the Charity. Understand and use the in-house database effectively to aid fundraising. Use Excel to monitor fundraising initiative income. Look to develop new business by being proactive and engaging with new contacts. Our client is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Proficient in Excel. Excellent professional telephone, oral, written, and IT communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills. Previous experience of working with volunteers or voluntary experience. Good knowledge of Hertfordshire and Essex. The ability to build strong long-lasting relationships. The ability to inspire and motivate others. Must have a clean driving license and have access to your own vehicle - expenses paid.
