Overview
PR & Marketing Project Manager: Up to £28,000 per annum . We have a new exciting role that requires a bold and creative individual who can support the successful planning and execution of projects related to communications and marketing. Reporting to the Head of PR & Marketing you will undertake a broad variety of projects and initiatives which support Excelcare’s business plan. This role combines elements of creative writing, brand engagement, administration, project management and event coordination, so you will need to be a confident multi-tasker with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have: Leading on delegated projects and overseeing their implementation and completion, reporting on their success and if necessary, providing training. Undertaking support visits and attending meetings in locations across Cambridge, Essex, London and Milton Keynes. Organising promotional materials for services across the group, e.g. new home openings, brochures, leaflets, posters etc. Work with key individuals at each of our locations to ensure that all content aligns with organisational, and specific project strategies. Contribute to ideas, assist and coordinate with the design of online and offline advertising and other materials including brochures, flyers, online newsletters, emails, business cards etc. Overseeing the production and organising sign-off of effective internal and external communications. Support with general website maintenance, SEO and content management, to increase direct traffic to the website Supporting internal and external company events by organising promotional graphics and videos Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services. Ensure all-around brand consistency (style, fonts, images and tone). Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics. Overseeing the production and collation of reports from online and offline sources. Skills/Qualifications: Previous marketing experience is essential You will be a skilled user in Word, PowerPoint and Excel with experience of using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, with good design skills and exceptional attention to detail You will be well organised, task orientated and be able to multi task on multiple projects. Be able to liaise with, instruct and build relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
