We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our client based In Milton Keynes You must have previous experience in a dedicated marketing role and the ability to manage projects and work with stakeholders in the business is essential Key skills: Key knowledge areas Experience in a dedicated marketing role Ability to manage projects and budgets Ability to liaise with stakeholders in the business and develop clear campaign/project plans and monitor results Strong communication skills Good writing skills Excellent understanding of client care Good MS Office skills Flexible working hours due to hosting breakfast/evening events both in-house at both of our offices and also at external venues in and around Milton Keynes, Gatwick and London Desirable - Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar qualification at Professional Certificate level Good understanding of Mac based skills including indesign and photoshop Experience of: B2B marketing Digital marketing Working with both PR and design agencies Creating tender/pitch documents Business development Key Skills: The role will provide support to the Marketing Manager by project managing various marketing activities and initiatives. The person will assist the marketing manager with: managing marketing projects regarding literature, activities and events for all service areas across the firm preparing plans and managing the budgets in connection with the above our key client account program working with our teams to develop literature in line with our brand working with our brand consultant in connection with brand management creating responses to tender/pitch documentation assisting with hosting events and seminars both in-house and at external venues working with our PR agency with regard to press releases and editorial content working with our design agency in connection with our literature and advertising requirements liaising with editors/managers of publications regarding advertisements and editorials carrying out direct marketing activities including direct mail to agreed budgets and timescales ensuring that best possible value is obtained from all expenditure monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant information to assist the marketing manager with reporting responsibilities working with the digital marketing executive in connection with our social media channels and website in terms of creating content and liaising with our teams carrying out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys responding to and referring business enquiries to appropriate teams developing our Corporate Social Responsibility plan with our CSR Principal including activities and events Assisting the marketing team with: internal communications management of the firm’s data and ensuring the information is accurate and kept up to date preparation of power point presentations general support and assistance
