Overview
We are looking for a hungry, experienced B2B Business Development & Sales Manager to join us at an exciting time to help drive our digital marketing sales forward. If you have a background within digital marketing sales or digital media sales and are looking to grow, and build a sales pipeline then this could be the perfect role for you. Working out of a modern office in Swindon, you will represent a growing digital marketing agency and will be responsible for engaging prospects in a consultative sales process that will require regular and consistent communications by phone, email and in person. You will be part of and will work closely with a small digital marketing team and your challenge will be to deliver new business that has a real impact on the bottom line of the business. About the role: You'll be our sales expert on everything from PPC, search, social to video content. You should be professional and able to deal with clients at all levels. You should have a solid understanding or be able to soak up mass information quickly to have the ability to talk passionately and confidently about all things digital and marketing. Whilst being able to handle any sales objections you're presented with; you must be adaptable and keen to create new business partnerships. · Selling digital marketing and content video solutions. · Dealing with B2B and B2C clients. · New business development. · Face to face presentations. · Networking and exhibiting at relevant trade shows. Candidate Profile: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Media/Digital experience. Strong face to face communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building. Ability to engage meaningfully with high-level decision makers. The Package: Competitive salary and commission scheme.
