You will provide support to the Head of Group Adviser Advertising and Group Cross Sell. You’ll travers both the direct and the intermediated sales channels across all Vitality businesses. There are two aspects to the work of this role: Cross-sell campaign management You will specifically focus on working with stakeholders, especially Centres of Excellence, Product Marketing, Data Science and direct sales teams to brief, manage and implement campaigns in member channels to cross-sell and upsell. This will include Vitality.co.uk, Vitality Member Zone and Member App, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Social and direct member advertising. Trade Advertising You will execute trade advertising campaigns, taking approved creative concepts into production and delivery. Stakeholder management will be required across the Product Marketing teams, Compliance, Technical marketing and the Design team. Responsibilities as our Campaign Manager include: - Develop and implement tactical plans that support cross-sell strategy by channel, budget and KPIs - Work with Product Marketing to develop campaign messaging and delivery against targets - Support delivery of cross sell customer experiences - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Monthly reporting of marketing activities and results - Execute trade advertising campaigns across the Vitality portfolio of products, developed through engagement with business stakeholders - Campaign creative approval and delivery across press and digital channels - Media plan implementation in collaboration with agency, efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with Data Science & Performance teams to gather audience and performance insight - Measure and return of positive ROI and achievement of KPIs Skills and Experience required of our Campaign Manager : - Significant campaign management across multiple products - Delivery of campaign using multiple digital channels - Stakeholder management experience - Competent in utilising data and interpreting it - Marketing in Financial Services Working for Vitality as a Campaign Manager you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
