ANALYTICS MANAGER LONDON £60,000 - £70,000 Are you an Analytics Manager who wants to work for a leading e-commerce company? You will be an instrumental figure of the company helping to deliver first-class data-driven strategy and insight. You will manage a team of 2 commercial analysts and will work very closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams. You will lead projects and present directly to C-level stakeholders. THE COMPANY This is one of the largest online E-commerce companies within the UK who have an easy to search platform making millions of customers happy every year. With the introduction of their mobile app over 10 years ago they have gone from strength to strength to become leaders within the field. They rely on a team of skilled insight analysts to derive insight which really helps to drive business performance. THE ROLE You will be a key senior figure managing a team of 3 analysts working on a range of key projects. You will still be hands-on, but your role will be more concerned with leading projects and communicating insight back to key stakeholders: Working with wider internal stakeholders as well as project managers, sales, marketing and finance teams Working with external stakeholders to identify how they can use dynamic pricing in their products and services Customer profiling Creating customer segmentations Optimise product offering for new client's YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED Maths/stats degree desired or relevant commercial experience Proficient in SQL, having utilised it in a commercial role previously Knowledge of R, Python, visualisation tools is not a necessity but a great bonus Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight and using statistical models such as customer profiling and segmentations Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate to non-tech internal/external stakeholders Experience of mentoring or management THE BENEFITS £60,000 - £70,000 Management Leading projects Stakeholder engagement HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Richard Jones via the Apply link on this page.
