Overview

Are you looking for the next step in your successful agency career? Are you "ambitious, sparky and passionate"? My client is an innovative, rule-breaker working in a niche market and looks only to welcome the very best people to join their team. If you are an accomplished Account Manager (agency only. Multi-channel or Omni Channel) and are looking for the opportunity to get really stuck in to managing vital client relationships (we're talking big names here), running with multiple mid-range projects simultaneously, setting the bar high and offering a resilient and solutions-based approach, then this is for you. Job purpose As Account Manager your primary goal is to deliver a high volume of low/mid range complex projects taking full ownership of their delivery and escalating any issues or challenges. Alongside the Senior Account Manager, you will take an active role in the collation of all project essentials, including status, financial management and reporting. As Account Manager you will naturally build strong relationships with your client, team, peers and the wider creative studio - ensuring that your work is of the highest client-servicing standards, following the processes and procedures agreed with the senior client services team and the client, during the onboarding process. You will strive to be the client expert (building a wide ranging retail expertise), delivering work on brief, on time and on budget, simplifying life for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering to expectation, and ultimately, making the agency indispensible to the client. You will ensure that momentum is maintained from start to finish on projects with all deliverers and stakeholders, closing out the project to the satisfaction of all parties. External/client relationships Proactively develop positive relationships with clients when working on projects - delivering on promises, working in a clear manner and clearly managing expectations Ensure the appropriate project process is followed (proactively utilising expertise from the studio and beyond) Always look for ways in which to improve the client relationship in a proactive manner, identifying this to senior members of the team or implementing changes as appropriate Always look for ways in which to grow clients, through positive relationships, being available and being the eyes and ears of the agency, listening and reporting back (where possible developing improvements for yourself) Write accurate plans and instruct team members required to deliver projects in a proactive way. Manage work consistently in ways which are agreed during client onboarding and go the extra mile As requested work on pitches and proposals in line with the agency's new business strategy Support the team with onboarding as requested This is an agency unlike any other - they really do, do things differently so in order to thrive here, you need to be someone who pushes for results, experienced in working on mid-long term projects from brief to delivery.
