THE FIRM A leading UK firm well known for its strong international network. THE ROLE For a Senior Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Private Equity team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected team, known for having an entrepreneurial outlook and approach, and to work on exciting deals both nationally and internationally. You will be joining a Private Equity team which provides advice throughout the investment lifecycle, from deal structuring to exit. ABOUT YOU With specific knowledge and experience of the full spectrum of private equity transactional work which will have been gained at a well-respected City or national firm, you will ideally be a Senior Associate lawyer, although the firm will consider candidates with more or less experience. The successful candidate will also be expected to take part in business development and will have an existing network of contacts at private equity funds and intermediaries whose work will assist in growing an already extremely successful practice which has seen significant year on year growth over the past few years. A lawyer who has more to offer than straightforward transactional experience, you will be interested in contributing to the strategy of the Private Equity team. You will be keen to have real influence on the future development and growth of the practice and contribute to the future strategy of the Group.
