You will join a team which advises UK and international public and private companies, including numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies as well as financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. This is an exciting time to join the firm offering the opportunity to get involved in a varied workload with plenty of scope for direct client contact. ABOUT YOU This will suit an outgoing person with a commercial attitude who has a confident and proactive approach, good people skills, the ability to work as a team player and evidence of ability to network. With 3-6pqe in M&A and private equity you will demonstrate a strong interest in corporate matters and should have excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work and take the initiative.
