Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing new state of the art health and social care facilities for the population of Torbay and South Devon. Torbay has a long history of developing integrated health and social care and upon becoming the first Integrated Acute and Community Health and Social Care Organisation (ICO) in England in 2015, TSDFT has been recognised as a national leader in the development of integrated working to support the delivery of care closer to home. The HIP2 infrastructure programme will support the further development of this transformational model of care through the provision of modern estate that is flexible and appropriate to models of integrated health and social care services in the 21st century enabled by digital technology. The post holder will lead on the delivery of this visionary project. This is an ideal role for an experienced Programme Director with vision, energy, enthusiasm and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborate with partners to deliver this significant change.
