Overview

Our two-year leadership development programme offers outstanding individuals a dynamic route into one of Britain’s most rewarding and toughest professions. That’s why Frontline recruits and develops people like you to be the difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.  You’ll use your skills in relationship building, conflict resolution and leadership to ensure you thrive in the dynamic and challenging world of social work.  Following a five-week training programme you will spend two years working directly with children and families, based in a local authority. You will:  Be paid a tax free £18k bursary in year one and up to £30k in year two.  Qualify as a social work professional through a fully funded Masters degree. Receive high quality supervision and training from experienced social workers, academics and professional coaches.  Make a real difference in your local community. For the most vulnerable, receiving support from a social worker can make a significant difference to the direction their lives take. As a social worker on the Frontline programme, that difference could be you.
