Overview
Our Driving team in Coventry are looking for an experienced or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their successful and well established team. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven new business development skills The Role New business development - generating business with new clients through cold calling and face to face client visits. Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building. Arranging and attending pre-qualified client meetings. Building rapport and relationships with potential new clients. Area mapping. Rejection handling. Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets. What You Will Get In Return? Up to £26,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus payments and additional payment for being on call when required. Car Allowance upon successfully meeting a set target.
