Due to the high demand for our recruitment services from our clients in the Midlands, and as part of our expansion plans, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our new Coventry office. This opportunity is focussed on developing our offering to our rail clients and as such, we welcome applications for experienced consultants who have built and developed a desk within rail (blue or white collar). This Senior Recruitment Consultant role will mean that you will be working closely on a day to day basis with the Manufacturing Team Manager. You will play a fundamental part in developing new and lucrative business relationships with our engineering clients in the Midlands. Your new role will mean that your week will be heavily focussed on identifying and developing these relationships and so the ability to drive and enjoy being "on the road" will be a key aspect of your new position. Initially you will be working from home which will allow you flexibility within your role. What are we looking for in a Business Development Manager? You have the ability to build great relationships with hiring managers and you have already achieved success within your recruitment career to date You are passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and are very hungry to succeed and to build a team beneath you You have drive, ambition and a resilient nature -you are not easily put off and you start each day focussed on what you need to achieve. You have excellent communication skills - you enjoy both phone based and face to face. You are a confident sales person, who delivers what they promise to clients and pride yourself on a job "well done" Why work with us?
