Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. As a senior member of the CSP / Climate and Resilience Hub, support the strategic direction, management and operation of the Practice and related programs , initiatives and activities across the Company Be the global, senior source of transition risk and opportunities expertise, advice and analysis in the Company across our integrated People, Capital and Risk businesses. Develop client facing transition risk propositions and services (for public and private sectors) in coordination with business units, corporate functions and related platforms. Coordination of relevant supply and delivery partnerships (across commercial, NGO and academic communities) for transition risk related services and innovations Lead sales engagement for selected clients and provide wider support for related client engagements including business development, tenders and ongoing client requirements Develop the company’s external profile as a leader on climate transition risk and opportunities through external engagements, thought leadership, publications, profile and public speaking. Represent WTW in climate transition related organisations, initiatives and policy / regulatory processes. Considerable experience of transition risk related services to the corporate and financial sector, including for example Expertise in how climate transition and resilience is informing corporate, financial and public sector strategies, including the creation of new opportunities and business models Carbon / emissions assessment, evaluation and disclosure Carbon / emissions management and reduction programmes Corporate reporting under leading sustainability / ESG / climate protocols including TCFD Evidence of building and managing teams / developing and implementing climate-related services propositions Demonstrable leadership, profile, influence in the low carbon / climate transition domain, including collaborations with governments, private sector, NGOs and academia
