Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Drive HR for the ClassPass International function as we continue to scale across EMEA, APAC & LATAM Possesses strong knowledge of country-specific HR practices, including but not limited to employment terms and conditions, annual leave policies, pension requirements, and immigration rules. Work with the International HRBP and Senior Managers to develop and scale a global culture Partners closely with Legal and Finance to ensure the company stays in compliance with local law at all times. Manages and mentors an International HRBP Handles complex escalated employee issues (e.g. investigations and terminations) in a fair and objective manner. Extensive experience working in HR You love working in an ever changing environment and thrive in a fast paced workplace You have helped scale a high growth company, including growth into new countries You are highly analytical and can use data to help identify important trends and information You have experience working across International markets and understand the nuances of different countries and their employment laws You are well-versed in HR fundamentals (employment law, compliance, and more). You aim to be one-step ahead of any potential risks to the business at all times and take a proactive approach to your work. You have a keen eye for detail and check your work twice, even three times for accuracy. You exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
