Overview

A popular and successful reseller is looking for a talented Internal Sales and Customer Support Executive to join their team to be based out of their Nottingham Head Office. You will be joining one of the longest established UK Apple Resellers. Their internal team works with their customers over the telephone, ZenDesk ticketing system and social media to provide pre and post-sales support. The team helps with customer enquiries, quotations, winning business, service and support enquiries and every other question that their customers want to ask You will be working with customers across all areas of our business. Their particular specialisms are iPad and Mac solutions for schools, iPad solutions for restaurants and retail stores and Apple solutions for all kinds of small business. There is also a marketing element to this role. Their internal team maintains a regular outbound twitter campaign, guided by the Marketing Manager, and also gets involved with writing blogs to promote the important areas of the business. Key Requirements: A keen interest in sales and the process of quoting customers after understanding their requirements A strong interest in Apple technology, and willingness to learn and understand the professional and educational customer-solutions that we sell. Some level of technical understanding of MacOS and iOS would be helpful, although this is not a technical role A great telephone manner, and the patience to listen to a customers issues and find the best resolution Familiarity with social media, and a good understanding of how to create a good social media post Be inquisitive, and have a desire to learn about new technologies and services, so you can talk knowledgeably about these to their customers Key Responsibilities: Supporting our customers over the telephone with pre-sale, support and post-sale enquiries Creating quotations for Apple solutions, based on customer requirements, and promoting all the products and services that the company offers Learning and understanding all the solutions we offer, including our Managed Service for Schools, ePOS solutions for restaurants and retailers and B2B services Preparing tweets and blogs to be posted on the website and social media platforms. Supporting all of our customers who make contact and projecting a professional manner at all times Managing a list of ongoing situations and ensuring all of them are dealt with to the customers satisfaction Salary will be around £17-£20K per annum including performance related bonuses based on the combined achievement of you and the rest of the sales team.
