Job Description They need a Senior Account Manager to join-up and lead their award-winning Relocation Management Team. You will be responsible for looking after their relocation clients and team in order to meet and exceed revenue targets, always build long lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer services. As an all-round sales expert you will maximise every opportunity to both grow and nurture our clients as well as seek out new business opportunities within the relocation space. An experienced leader, you will motivate and manage your team leading by example with a view to rapidly scaling up to meet aggressive growth targets. Job Requirements: Fantastic all-round account management experience to include company mapping, account growth and retention, issue resolution, negotiating service level agreements, monitoring response rates and quality and new business development.
